There is a $10 packing fee on all orders under $500. Animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and be outwardly healthy upon receipt if shipped on Delta Dash and picked up within 4 hours of arrival. No guarantee is provided on Express Mail (USPS) shipments. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment to be eligible for replacement or other adjustments. |
